This licence is granted to the person or organisation that purchased this pack from the store
above (the "Licensee"). It covers every file in this pack: meshes, textures, material definitions
and previews (the "Assets").

1. WHAT YOU MAY DO
   - Use the Assets in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects: games, films,
     renders, VR/AR experiences, 3D prints, prototypes, marketing material.
   - Modify the Assets (retopology, retexturing, rigging, combining with other assets).
   - Ship the Assets inside a finished product, provided they are embedded in that product and
     are not extractable as standalone files in the original or a trivially converted form.
   - Use the Assets in work for clients; each client project counts as one of your projects.

2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
   - Resell, sublicense, rent, share or redistribute the Assets themselves, modified or not, as
     files — including in asset packs, template kits, marketplaces, or "free download" sites.
   - Use the Assets to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning models.
   - Claim authorship of the Assets or register them as your own trademark or design.
   - Use the Assets in content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes third-party rights.

3. OWNERSHIP
   The Assets were produced by the Licensor with generative tools and curated by the Licensor.
   The Licensor retains all rights not expressly granted here. No attribution is required, though
   it is appreciated.

4. SEATS
   One purchase covers one Licensee. Within a company, the Assets may be used by members of the
   team working on the same projects; a separate purchase is needed for each separate legal entity.

5. REFUNDS AND REVOCATION
   Digital goods are delivered instantly; refunds are at the Licensor's discretion. The licence
   terminates automatically if you breach section 2; on termination you must stop distributing
   products that expose the Assets as files, though products already shipped may remain.

6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
   The Assets are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Licensor disclaims all
   warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The Licensor's total
   liability is limited to the price paid for this pack.

7. LAW
   Belgian law applies; the courts of the Licensor's registered seat have jurisdiction.
