Terms of sale
Last updated 23 August 2026. These terms apply to every purchase on meshkit.atypical.consulting.
1. Who sells
Atypical Consulting (Philippe Matray), a Belgian business registered with VAT number BE 0744.517.956, trading as MeshKit. Contact: philippe@atypical.consulting.
2. What you buy
A pack is a set of 3D model files (GLB, FBX, OBJ/MTL, USDZ and texture maps) delivered as a download, together with a licence to use them. You do not buy the copyright; you buy the rights described in the pack's licence, which is shown on every pack page before purchase and shipped as LICENSE.txt inside the download.
Models are produced with generative AI (Meshy) and curated by us. They are provided as shown in the interactive preview: what you see in the viewer is the textured model you download.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Unless stated otherwise they include Belgian VAT where applicable; the amount charged is the one shown on the Stripe checkout page before you confirm. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. An account (email + password) is required so that you can re-download your purchases.
4. Delivery
Delivery is immediate: as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, the pack appears in your library and can be downloaded without limit of time or number of downloads, as long as the store operates. If a payment is confirmed late (some payment methods take hours), the pack appears when the confirmation arrives; you will not be charged twice.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Belgian Code of Economic Law art. VI.53, 13°), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately once you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing that right. By clicking “Buy” you give that consent and acknowledgement. If a download is corrupted or the pack does not match its description, write to us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
6. Licence and restrictions
Your use of the files is governed by the pack's licence. In short for our standard licence: unlimited personal and commercial projects, no redistribution or resale of the files, no use for training machine-learning models. Breaching the licence ends it.
7. Support and liability
We answer support questions by email within a few working days. The files are provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the price you paid for the pack concerned. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
8. Disputes
Belgian law applies. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. We will always try to resolve a problem directly first.
